to believe that many of our social and health problems are at root malnourishment. We are starving in fat bodies that receive too many calories but not enough nutrition. We must all make the effort to correct this as we need a well nourished brain to deal with other global problems like climate change and inequality.

Multi species cover crops are used instead of fertilizers and large, old-school farmers are starting to practice these techniques because it costs less and produces more.

There IS hope...
