Joe Sestak announces US Senate (PA) campaign today

found via washingtonpost.com. Sestak will again face Pat Toomey in 2016 as he did in 2010 in an unsuccessful campaign in the year of the Tea Party Revolution in Congress. Sestak was elected to the House in a Philadelphia-area district in 2006 in the Democratic sweep of Congress.

Toomey was elected in 2010 in a regularly-scheduled election; he shouldn't be up again until 2016.
