3. God, I miss John Denver....

.... I had several books of his sheet music and played the guitar and sang to my family. Frankly, I had a major crush on him. My best friend, who didn't care for his genre of music much, took me to one of his concerts for my birthday once. 1971... I remember it well. It was "the best of times and the worst of times." How thoughtful of you, midnight, to dedicate it to your Uncle Bobby. And sorry for your dear Grandma who never quite got over his loss. What a tragedy.
Maybe it all worked out for her and she's up there in the hereafter with him right now.

6. I had a friend in H.S. who also played his music on her guitar... She did take a ribbing for it

though... But since we were in a Catholic H.S. there seemed to be room for this type of music....

He gave a great concert didn't he....
