A teen diagnosed with a terminal illness composed this song. The soloist has an amazingly beautiful voice, and the chorus in the background is nothing less than sublime. ENJOY!

(27,985 posts)I discovered him through Upworthy just one week before he died. I'm going to see if I can put the link to his YouTube video. I suggest anyone and everyone listen to all of his songs. He has a songwriting partner who will, without a doubt, be famous in the years to come.
Zach Sobiech was an inspiration to all who knew him and to thousands of others.

(27,985 posts)He touched so many people with such a short life. He showed how to live with cancer until it's time to die with cancer. Quite the human being. As a mother, my heart breaks for his mother, his father and his siblings, not to mention his girlfriend and his fellow co-writer and singer, but especially his mother. When I see her mouthing the words to Clouds, while she tries to keep her smile, her eyes betray her. That's usually the point in the song where I start crying, seeing the fleeting look of pain in her eyes, knowing that she will carry not only the love for Zach but the pain of his passing for the rest of her life.
