... I think I'm nearing my limit on listening to Obama, since he talks about progressive policies and transparency, so beautifully, I cave every time, thinking maybe he's a better guy than his leadership (lack of) on progressive policies would have me think.

But he's just too consistently Right, and only talks Left, even if eloquently. We've been hoodwinked. Pray we elect an actual progressive, in 2016.

This is a moderate nation. A Bernie Sanders or Dennis Kucinich, good as they are, couldn't get elected in a national election. Please come down to reality on this.

5. I agree with all the above posters (1, 2, 3, & 4)

and for me, that's the damnable thing about where we are right now.

But I'll say this: just to be able to ARGUE with this man, would strike me as a kind of High Honor. John Boehner is blowing it for himself, his party, and the future of ALL of us, because he doesn't have the spine to tell the "yapping terriers of ignorance" in his party to shut the fuck up so something productive can happen (like being able to ARGUE with this man in an open and honest and respectful way).

And on behalf of all of us that seem to be, more and more everyday, the LOYAL Opposition to the Adminsitration currently in occupancy of the White House, I can only bring myself to say Fuck You, John. You're one of the worst Speakers in American History. (And that's while believing you're a half-way decent guy to go play golf with on Saturday's if you were just running the Family Bar the rest of the week.)
