I tried explaining this to a complete unAmerican jackass, and the line of defense was to bring up the Westfall Act without mentioning it by name...because that makes everything illegal that BushCo has done somehow untouchable.

Speaking of games, the act, in this instance, basically plays three-card monte with the law.

I'm not sure, but I'd put good money down that the same jackass cheered Manning's grotesque 35 year sentence while BushCo walks free.

the reasoning behind this, id imagine .. and im no legal expert by far... , is because Obama continued the war and a lot of his policies in place.. itd make him complicit in the crime.. so hed be guilty as well...

again, im no legal expert...
