The state of Texas is experiencing one of the worst droughts in their history, but that hasn’t stopped them from giving the gas industry access to fresh water for fracking. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio talks about this with Farron Cousins, executive editor of The Trial Lawyer Magazine.

plain and simple. They should, at the very least, be forced to recycle that contaminated water. What needs to happen is ALL FRACKING must be banned. But there's short money in it, so that won't happen.
