This is one of my favorite West Wing clips.

Here we have the secular Republican (Vinick) talking about religion and politics with Bartlet the practicing catholic.

Sorkin really was a genius when he wrote the West Wing. Lost it a bit with the Newsroom.

and the sad state of our government.

I used to go to one of my polisci profs' house to watch this when I was in grad school. One of the few shows aired in decades that I can count on the fingers of one hand that I would gladly watch and actually go to someone's house to watch.

Don't have a teevee but I would watch this show if it ever came back... probably online like I watch a couple news shows and The Daily Show/Colbert Report (I think of them as one show with two hosts).

Thanks for posting, it's a god lesson for everyone to learn.
