This giant Uncle Sam head should morph into a balloon, swell, and then pop! to reveal Cuccinelli, or Cruz, or somebody inside, with an oh-oh-busted expression, while the narrator says that anti-ACA propaganda is full of hot air.

I saw another good idea here on DU last night, in which somebody stopped the film and inserted text saying that the Affordable Care Act is not creepy; vaginal probes are! That was great!
