I thought Congress shut down almost as soon as the black guy got elected.

..is doing what hasn't been done in 50 years: create an "Improved National Healthcare System".
Because of that accomplishment, independent voters and women will come in droves to the polls and throw out as many repukes as possible in the House next year.
We only need 16-17 seats to change the Speaker. If women show up, repukes are out.
