And Christie is only vaugely moderate by todays insane standards. Twenty years ago he would have been a right wing conservative. The mainstream media is crap.

David Dinkins was elected in 1989 and served from 1990 to 1993. Still, stunning that NYC has not had a Democrat for mayor in 20 years.

of Dayton, Ohio we elected a democrat as Mayor, Nan Whaley. Sherrod Brown was in Dayton a couple of weeks ago and said at a rally that this election was one of the most important in the State.

Most of my adult life Democrats were losing, so it is so nice to see changes.

Whatever we are doing - we should continue.

The kock brothers threw a ton of money trying to buy that town and lost it all. I think they were experimenting with taking over town by town and failed miserably.

I'd also like to mention that Mayor Parker is a conservative type who is mayor in a State in which other gay people are subjected to legal discrimination and Parker, being a 'Moderate' says nothing and does nothing about it.

The attack on public education is still alive and well in Colorado.
