When they're being sent off to war that is. Wave the flag and cheer the passing parade, especially since their own sons and daughters are staying home. But when the same soldiers come back broken and needing our assistance to just live, well now, that's a different story. NOW they're "moochers" and "takers" who need to buck it up and quit whining.
