A game in which players reenact the tragic events of the Sandy Hook massacre has drawn the ire of many, including a mother of one of the victims.
Hearst Connecticut Newspapers reports that "The Slaying of Sandy Hook Elementary," video game "directs gamers to storm virtual classrooms with an AR-15 assault rifle in the same vein as Adam Lanza and displays a kill ratio at the end."

(6,568 posts)It's a cheesy flash game. Which means that if the media wasn't blabbing about it, no one would know about it.
EDIT TO ADD:
Apparently, it's written to protest the actual violent acts, and to push for stricter gun restrictions. So, the wingers would HATE it.

(33,982 posts)1. The game's author created it with a couple different modes, to illustrate how ineffective armed teachers would be, and another mode to show how ineffective the shooter would be, with a lethal, but non-gun weapon.
2. The xbox controller image preview is LITERALLY a 'it bleeds it leads' attention grabber, as this 'game' physically cannot be played on the xbox, PS, or Wii.
So, that was a waste of my time.
