2. I've getting pretty jaded at this point but this cover up by the school still shocked me.

The press conference after the charges were announces was sad too. All the talk by officials about how the town has suffered. The rape victim and her family suffered not the stinky town that covered it up.

you know even less than the police and prosecutors in this case, yet you've already convicted the young man. Just step back and let the facts come out.

the facts are often suppressed. In other words, as was unsuccessfully attempted at Steubenville, a coverup is staged. Witness Glen Ridge and other communities where football is King.

shit. and are you saying the crowd of 60k plus should be giving the ALLEGED rapist a standing ovation?

and steubenville would have done nothing, regardless of film on the net to further humiliate the girl and turn boys on, unless the public spoke out.

so you can forget the waiting for the cops to figure it out

or maybe the alleged victim's story doesn't hold water.

Hard to know without having access to the information the police and prosecutors have. We would all do well to wait for the facts to come out before forming an opinion based on nothing.

9. are we allowed to be disgusted what the cop said with a victim that already has a tough time coming

forward?

are we allowed to be beyond disgusted that an ALLEGED rapist got a standing ovation from 60k plus people?

because at this point, and plenty of history to back us, the football player has ALL the support, rapist or not while the victim gets none.

so after case after case of watching football players....Ben Roethlisberger, exonerated cause he took team to superbowl, getting off and cheered and hailed a hero.... how about if you do not tell us how we are suppose to feel

2. No

3. I'm not telling anyone how to feel. I'm simply pointing out that none of us have enough information to make a judgment either way.
