Similarly, I am increasingly of the opinion that dogmatic, authoriatarian control freak behavior is, long-term, destined to fail. And fail spectacularly.
Freedom- as much as it may annoy the everloving CRAP out of some people- is an inevitability. A mathematical certainty, even.
