A couple of years ago I would have guessed that Southwest was the most likely to do something like this.
A friend regularly flies WestJet. It's no-frills, but they generally get you there for a decent price.
American, Delta, United, Continental - are you watching?

The two cities are only 70 miles apart. Not sure the pilot would even pull up the gear before having to lower it.

They must have had teams AT the malls.
That poor guy asked for socks and underwear.
