I'd like to bet him money on that. And he'd be wrong; whites are arrested more than every ethnic group. Almost 2:1 in most serious criminal activities. The only category where white and Black are even are "Murder and Non-negligent manslaughter". So "whiteycide" is just as serious as "homeycide".
