How For-Profit colleges rig the system.

Talks about what they do for job placement. Get companies to hire students, and when the new batch of students is ready, they pay the company to fire the old ones. How students can't file a class action lawsuits because of a supreme court ruling..

and you're not sure what to do with your life (which includes a lot of people), it would be easy to be scammed by these institutions.

The segment tells how the private schools sucker the kids in, get them a job after they earn their certificate, and after they are on the job a few months, they are fired.

Who takes their place? Other students who are graduating from the same school.

This would be devastating to the morale of the stuent and would very likely harm their prospects for another position. Meanwhile, who's benefiting? The schools, the shareholders, and the CEOs of these dubious "institutions."

The Department of Education needs to come down on this NOW, as in right now.
