You should have seen how Charlotte (my calico) reacted to her first snow.

She had no idea what it was, and kept looking up and getting it in the face, shaking her head.

The first time one of my cats was exposed to snow, she looked at us with a level of distain that only cats can acheive, turned around and curled up on the couch.

One time when I was a teenager and we had just come to Tacoma they had 28 inches of snow one night. I had a wiener dog and we put out in the middle of the snow and he burrowed his way back to the garage. It was funny to watch him and then he kept on wanting to go outside to play in it. It really surprised me because those dogs aren't too fond of wetness.
