And what we see today with schools is what the John Birch Society has wanted from the beguning...the end to public education.

2. Education rant

Hey zeemike!

My wife is an educator, and I've worked with kids for years in various capacities and as a mentor, so I'm not just spouting off here. This issue is too important to brush off, because as you so astutely observed, whackjobs like the JBS have been trying to undermine public education since the fifties. But now those whackjobs are no longer on the fringes, they're IN POWER! Time to stoke up the ol' righteous indignation and take it to 'em!
