for putting this out...my field is political science and I'm amazed at how clueless the general populous is about simple matters such as proportional representation. One of my colleagues recently told me that she thought libertarians represented the left spectrum, for example.

A suggestion would be to improve the audio - I was challenged to hear it all. But thanks for posting.
