conservatives say in private conversation that it is "normal" for the popular kids like athletes to pick on the "weak" kids.

I guess they DO believe in a bit of Darwinism after-all; because one could extrapolate that it is then a normal course of things, via conservative mentality, for the bullied kids to commit suicide and rid society of their "weak" genes.

If you outlaw bullying, how are the bullies supposed to feel good about themselves?
