It's that clip from Fawlty Towers where The American tourist gives Fawlty 20 pounds to keep the kitchen open for another half hour so that he can have dinner, then Fawlty goes into the kitchen and tries to convince Terry the chef to stay for nothing. Terry says he has a karate class to go to (really a date) and eventually bargains Fawlty up to paying him for 2 hours of overtime for a half hour's work. Fawlty says: "Two hours overtime for a half hour's work! That's socialism for you!" and Terry says "Oh no, that's the free market!"
