Reagan went to the actual PENTAGON to get a real GENERAL to have an actual WAR on drugs.

One general stepped forward and they had a photo-op. Reagan asked this thug to write up a plan and after three days he revealed the FIRST thing that needed to be done was to build more jails and the ONLY firm he claimed should build those jails was the one where he owned stock.
