I had 10 days sick leave, 3 weeks vacation and 2 personal days. I am retired now.

. . .We get four weeks (20 days), which can be used as vacation, sick or personal time, as needed. The firm accepts -- and indeed expects -- that most everyone will take their 20 days (although I always wind up carrying about a week over to the next year).
