TYT: ZERO Jail Time For One Percenter Guilty Of Child Rape - WHAT?

"A Delaware man convicted of raping his three-year-old daughter only faced probation after a state Superior Court judge ruled he "will not fare well" in prison.

In her decision, Judge Jan Jurden suggested Robert H. Richards IV would benefit more from treatment. Richards, who was charged with fourth-degree rape in 2009, is an unemployed heir living off his trust fund. The light sentence has only became public as the result of a subsequent lawsuit filed by his ex-wife, which charges that he penetrated his daughter with his fingers while masturbating, and subsequently assaulted his son as well.

Richards is the great grandson of du Pont family patriarch Irenee du Pont, a chemical baron."* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.

Are you ready for The Americans For Prosperity proposed new legislation "The American Fairness for Job Creators Act" which creates a two tiered justice system, one for the "Job Creators" and one for the "Takers" (serfs). The Job Creators are under continuous strain from constant attacks by the takers, just like the Jews in Nazi Germany. Under this pressure they often make "mistakes" like this unfortunate fellow Robert H. Richards IV. Clearly his problems were caused by the strain of having too many people on his payroll such as his chauffeur, his dresser, his cook, his gardener, his ass wiper etc. Putting people like him in jail would do so much harm to society that it is ridiculous to even suggest the idea. Job creators should only be judged by other Job creators and this new system would benefit everyone. If you are one of the takers (serfs) you too might become a job creator some day, by hitting the lottery perhaps, so you to would enjoy the protection this act provides. Since this new act wouldn't really change the status Quo, it would only codify and strengthen it, I'm sure everyone will get behind it in the interest of fairness for all.
