1. What a stupid, cruel person.

I really hope he gets grilled about this when he runs for president in 2016, I'd love to see him reconcile TX is in great financial shape with we can't afford to prevent rape in prison.

I'm guessing Perry is doing this because he doesn't really understand what rape is.

I was once talking to a female co-worker, and the subject of prison rape came up and she thought prison rape only happen between gays or by gays. And my reaction was and I went on to try and explain to her that it has nothing to do with gays.

I'm wondering if that is part of what is going on here.

Even if true, it doesn't justify Perry doing this, but coming from a homophobia republican I wonder.

3. This has to do with torture just like in Iraq by the GOP Rape/Torture/Murder Culture

against all kinds of human behaviors; especially persons that are not in the Conservative League. Perry is going to allow a special kind of punishment for Texas prisoners even if they are incarcerated, guilty or not. Perry hates anyone that does not funnel to his personal campaigning fund. Perry fires people for opposing him even if it means the life of an innocent man.
