Worker productivity has been soaring in recent years, but the average pay for an American worker has been falling steadily. Meanwhile, corporate profits and CEO pay are rising faster than at any other point in recent history. In order to have a sustainable middle class, we have to get worker wages up. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio and Harold Meyerson from The American Prospect discuss how we can give workers a much-needed raise.
