but you can hear her tell her story fine.

Here's someone who was told her only option was to have her esophagus and stomach pulled out and reworked, or she would always have a J-tube ( she had to have a feeding tube due to an auto accident. )

She couldn't work, pay her bills.

Now, she's in Colorado, as you can see, no feeding tube, she has a part -time job, she is functional. She talks about being dehumanized by being uninsured, sick and poor, about being prescribed hundreds of painkillers and muscle relaxers a month that did not work


I like what she says at the end. "Take the risk. Your life is worth it."

If only the DEA, the President, Eric Holder, and most state legislatures thought our lives had any value.........
