is a nice Texas town filled with hard working Czech descended farm folk. They deserved better.

He took me on a tour of the damage last summer. It really was pretty massive.
But my dad, like most of West's residents, is a right winger. Not quite tea party, but close, very close. And all he wanted to talk about was how Obama wouldn't allow FEMA to pay out benefits to West, even though by that time West residents had received more than $2 million from FEMA, and there was much more to come.
