The government’s reaction to the Bundy Ranch standoff has opened the door for right wing extremists to take on government agents without any fear of reprisal. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio talks about the situation and the reaction of the extremists with author David Neiwert.

1. This shows just out out of hand this whole country is! 1/2 the population is

brainwashed to RW lies. 1/4 aren't sure of anything, and a 1/4 are Democrats true to the party. In the meantime, almost all of our politicians are bought off, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is opening newspapers that the Chamber owns in secret that they give out free outside jury assembly rooms designed to influence jurors to doubt any cases brought by Plaintiffs against corporations (The Record newspapers such as the Southeasttexasrecord.com). Wall Street is immune from criminal prosecution and has the laws passed to advance their interests and those of the corporations. The judiciary is in the tank for corporations, and our highest court in the land has a majority of partisan hacks. Net neutrality, the last free press we had is now gone. I had an Anarchist debate me here at DU on all of this since my solution is to organize massive protests for Publicly Funded Elections. Their solution was no government at all, WTF!
Things are building to a head as the American people are slowly realizing that they are being screwed. What, if anything, that they do about it remains to be seen.
