My guess is that the numbers are being rounded to the closest million and the actual annual cost is somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.2 million.

(9,644 posts)prostitution, they are getting huge kick backs, campaign donations and lobbyist payoffs from corporate cronies. And this is the crux of the matter - if you can't pay for their re-election campaigns you get zero support from them on the house floor.
