3. I like Thom Hartmann, but...

...he's talking as if the Taliban were a bunch of heroes, and not a backwards, dictatorial, misogynistic group of militant religious nuts. I know that they cut the poppy production, but virtually everything else they did was horrific (destroying ancient relics, anyone?).

He also talks as if that money WOULD have been spent on educating college students as opposed to being used to give tax breaks to Exxon and WalMart.

America is a warmongering nation! Look at the treatment President Obama is receiving because he did not bomb Syria or Russia because of their actions!! President Obama is not being celebrated because he has decided to be ant Bush Jr regarding the way aggression is handled in foreign affairs! No they call him weak and not very strong "in his manhood area." Sounds like Thom Hartmann was just looking for filler piece for his show.
