Michael Savage: Brent Bozell is a "bozo", "liar"

Found this from Brent Bozell's latest column via Conwebwatch. Bozell (of course, can't forget to credit his co-author Tim Graham, for obvious reasons) wrote in response to Michigan Congressman Mike Rogers signing a talk radio deal with Cumulus Media:

Cumulus is obsessed with finding a "reasonable" host to compete with Team Rush. They tried Scarborough and failed. They tried Mike Huckabee and failed. They tried Geraldo Rivera in a few major markets, and that's tanked. Then, for some weird reason, they replaced Hannity's show with the embarrassing Michael Savage — who is exactly the kind of unproductive screamer Rogers thinks he's going to replace. His numbers, too, are dropping.

Savage called Bozell a "stinking little man", "liar", a "wholly owned subsidiary of Rush and Sean Hannity and their followers", and says Bozell "got nothing but a loser website".

Conwebwatch responds to Bozell & Graham: "At no point do Graham and Bozell defend the content of Limbaugh, et al -- they can't, given that the have previously condoned Limbaugh's misogyny. They're simply engaging in a logical fallacy that because such hosts are popular, they must be right. And even that's a dubious prospect -- in addition to its fallacious foundation, Limbaugh's station swap at the start of the year has not brought big ratings to his new stations. "
