Absurd Double Standard on Bundy Cattle Ranch

Last edited Sun May 18, 2014, 09:18 PM - Edit history (2)

I personally think the Native American's make a very good point, however if he won that case it would open the door to chaos! Every place a treaty was broken would be fair game, which is probably most of the country. Bundy's situation is very different because it's based on lies with the family buying the ranch in the 1940's.

Native Americans where treaties were broken. Should they all be uprooted now because American politicians were fuck faces back then? These are tough issues for sure though and if there is a way to give a lot of those lands back to the Natives where people have not settled we probably should but I am not a layer and I don't know how the laws are written now.

hundreds of thousands of Palestinians since 1947-48 for the exact same reason.

Save for one thing: Most immigrants to Israel are Russians, Americans and Europeans With little or no historical links to Palestine...

Germany was forced to pay damages to Jews. Same received land not belonging to them inhabited by historical Palestinians some Zionists claim never existed.

So it would be legally fair for the Native Americans to claim their land back so long as descendants of European immigrants squat on it, destroying what was once a pristine land with oil, gas, mega churches, McDonald's and malls...

Or...A compromise might be able to be made. Pay rent to the rightful owners... And clean up your stinking mess....

Just a thought...

Or so the excuse went. Just one of the excuses. They were also "non-white".

Liberty and justice for all! A, not quite.
