The place is known as "Divers Cove" in Laguna.



I was a few hundred feet offshore doing deep diving in 40+ feet of water. The bottom is sandy in that area so I was wondering why the bottom seemed so dark and deep. As I swam down I realized the bottom was black with a solid mass of stingrays.

Needless to say, I decided it best to call it a day at that point.
