I guess there's too much other going on in my life.

Would you indulge me for a second because I'm really that clueless. Does this mean if I tweeted and "followed" the person posting (identified by hashtag), then what do I think about what they tweet on this issue?

#GIANTSWINTHEPENANT for example might be a hashtag. Its like a bookmarker in a book, except that everyone who makes a statement and uses the Hashtagged item, will be on the same page. In the case of #YesAllWomen... well you can see here:
