They lied through their teeth to get in and now they are in and don't answer to anyone. Projection is right on the money. We need to act like Republicans in the sense of doing everything we can to impeach these partisan hacks.

The congress should be restricting the 9 judges on what they can and can NOT rule on. Congress should have at least censured Clarance when he lied on his financial disclosure form for decades about his wife taking bribes. But congress did nothing. The president should have ignored their rulings and simply applied them to the single cases they ruled on as was done with the Dred Scott decision. And the AG should NOT be cringing at the mere thought of prosecuting a rich and powerful person.

Without these 2 other branches enabling the court, this would NOT be happening.

It also doesn't help that American citizens allowed the Supremes to select our president for us without protest and very minimal disagreement. So it seems even the American people are too weak to stand up to 9 kings.

The court will get worse and worse. They will soon resemble the feudal kings of old as they push the boundaries of their limitless power. They will continue to abuse the American people until Americans fight back. But I don't hold out much hope for that.

That the actual definition of "activist judge" is "a judge who handed down a decision I disagree with".
