MPI Media GroupMPI Media Group has detailed its upcoming Blu-ray release of director Jeremy Seifert's documentary GMO OMG (2013). The release will be available for purchase on July 22.

Official synopsis: What's on your plate? Filmmaker and concerned father Jeremy Seifert is in search of answers about genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and how they affect our children, the health of our planet, and our freedom of choice. His journey takes him to Haiti, Paris, Norway, and even the front door of agri-giant Monsanto, the largest provider of GMOs in the United States, as he poses perhaps the ultimate question about what we eat: is it still possible to reject our current food system, or have we already lost something we can't get back? GMO OMG is a timely, informative, entertaining, and ultimately insightful documentary about the question that's a growing concern to citizens around the world: who controls the future of our food?

Special Features:
Collection of video interviews
Original trailer

That's why they don't want to stop.

In the end, after you add up all the doctors, the nurses, the hospitals, the MRI machines, the PET scanners, the chemotherapy clinics, the kidney dialysis clinics, the obesity-related illnesses, the high blood pressure, the high blood sugar, the Type II diabetes, the HFCS that they now put into E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. -- and last but certainly not the least -- the drugs, the drugs, the drugs that have become apart of everyone's life whether they want it to or not. The pain relivers and the outright pain killers -- the pills that wake you up and the pills that put you to down. And the pills that regulate your body like your body used to be able to do all by itself.

So why can't our bodies regulate themselves anymore?

It's the food.

It's the water.

And it's the air.

They are all poisoned with CAPITALISM.

We are dying from CAPITALISM POISONING.

- And all of that will be lost due mostly to what they have the impertinence to call, a weed:

they created to have more muscle mass. It was born with arthritis and it was so huge it was barely able to stand. It suffered its entire life until it was euthanized. No ethics in this. It should be stopped and humans should cease to exist if that kind of thing becomes our food supply. Failure.

I went to see Dennis Kucinich speak in Santa Barbara about a year and a half ago, and he mentioned the reason she was not there with him was because she was in London working on this documentary.

I've wanted to see it ever since then.
