(19,768 posts)You know what's too bad?
It's too bad the woman believed a lawless person would obey the law.
It's too bad she wasn't armed and trained on how to protect herself, her family, and her home.
Such a deceitful, as usual, bit of insincere propaganda from those who seek to disarm the law-abiding.
They will lose every time.

(1,811 posts)This kind of NRA/LaPierre rhetoric about good guys and bad guys. As if this very scenario hasn't played out over and over.
You should play with your penis extension somewhere else.

(322 posts)No, the real problem is gun nuts and their supporters believing that having a gun is self-defense and perpetuating the myth. The whole premise is ludicrous. If someone wants to kill you with a gun, the only way youll be able to prevent it is to have your own gun trained on everyone at all times, every entrance/exit, everywhere, all the time. Its called the element of surprise. And the major difference between defending yourself with a gun as opposed to pretty much anything else is that bullets tend to kill innocent bystanders. Openly carrying guns didnt help the dead cops in Vegas, did it! Our gun culture is mass insanity! Owning anything more than a musket is second amendment fetishism.
