Person has Medical Emergency in Rural Area and their RW Government closes Hospitals in Rural Areas because they want to hurt Obama and the "Affordable Care Act." So Hospitals keep Closing in Rural Areas because their RW Legislatures won't accept Obama Care...yet people will DIE because of Obamacare's Grand Bargain to get it into ALL STATES without putting work into how this would affect Rural RW America.
Dems think "Collateral Damage" will force RW States to CAVE to accept the "Affordable Care Act" and (in the end their strategy might be correct) BUT...Hudreds and More of Innocents will DIE because for Med Emergencies they have to have access to Car and drive 75 Miles or More if their kid got hit by Car in accident...and there's no Ambulance (cut off because no local Ambulance has access to 75 miles away to drive for hospital) and Heart Attack, Med Emergencies, Life Threatening other situations means folks in RURAL AREAS will DIE.
And some want to blame them for VOTING FOR REPUBLICANS.
I guess they just have to LEARN they "Cut off their Noses to Spite their Faces."
