If you do, can you tell me if you built them your self, or did you order them? I have a suggestion for a possible future project- converting riding lawn mowers to solar power. Thanks for sharing this....

you're just doing it for fun

the 'make your own solar panel' websites sites are basically a fraud. if you want to put them on your roof and spin your meter backwards, you have to us UL listed equipment. there's no way you can do that with home made PV panels. you could make a panel and run a water pump or something like that with it, but not power your house.
