Maybe we should send this to EVERY police department... Or would that be viewed as a terrorist act/assult on a cop?

I love Chaplin, and although I embrace the message behind "The Great Dictator," I always felt as though the movie itself was a little klunky. My favorite Chaplin is still "City Lights," which for my money includes perhaps the greatest ending in the history of cinema.
