6. The stupid is of a magnitude I can't quantify....

First off Laura it is highly unlikely that Ebola would hit the 1% in ways your strange twisted mind thinks that it could. Second off if there was any kind of epidemic it is the historic liberal base that would most likely be hit the hardest. Poor people and minorities would be very vulnerable and more likely to spread the disease due to not being able to miss work and because there is a tendency to have larger mixed households (roommates, multiple generations, living in one room dorms with shared facilities, etc) in order to not be homeless. I am not talking specifically about Ebola since that scare has nearly run it's course, but any major flu can cause a lot of damage and it ain't likely to cause a whole lot of death among those who can afford the best medical care, who live in single family homes, and who can afford to quarantine early.

Because, remember, communists are masters of deception (and liberals and communists are the same, of course) and they have infiltrated every facet of American society as part of their multi-generational master plan for world domination.

Seriously. That's what they believe. As ridiculous as it looks when you see it in black and white they genuinely believe it. At least I have heard essentially this same conspiracy theory from more than one (non-connected) right winger over the years. They are now brought up believing it, because their parents believed it. And it makes shit like 'Liberals want Americans to die of Ebola to atone for slavery' sound plausible. And there's no reasoning with them either.
