say he's sorry - just that it was wrong. Him's a solid christian he is. He sounds like a teabagger.

to put his bigotry and hatefulness right out there. No better proof that his "ilk" could never have a meaningful debate or shoot their months off unless totally sure that they had backup from their fellow assholes.

Once he found out the ill effects of social media and how you can get burnt, he back peddled big time. And did you notice the "so called" apology came only AFTER he had talked to a suicide counselor. I don't believe for a minute, that this guy has changed his opinion on anything he said, other than suicide. And only suicide because he has now been educated on how hateful, racist, sexist remarks can affect people. And he apologized for his words, not the meaning behind the words. Makes a difference.

I mean, I'm glad that he came forward(only after an education), but I feel it's being said only because of his current living conditions, and a true apology was not given.

I'm guessing a teabagger too.

apologize for the words they use.. AND never the hateful intent behind them. Haters, unless they have a real life changing moment, will always be haters.

That is what really impressed me. The person didn't live anywhere near this guy and instead of phoning him and chewing him out (which would have been the easy way), the guy hopped in his car and talked to him rationally.

the shit would hit the fan by his bigotry and it has affected his life in an unintended uncomfortable manner for him. Now he is sorry that he brought this on himself; that is the only thing he is sorry about.

Usually the truth only comes out when people aren't looking. But this guy posted to his FB page. The hubris of is bigotry is what is so shocking to me. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

He doesn't seem to be fully recanting what he's said, which makes me question how sincere he is.
