When Republicans thought that the IRS was unfairly targeting Tea Party groups for breaking tax laws, they had a hard time talking about anything else. But recently, IRS whistle blowers came forward and exposed a REAL scandal from within the agency, and the conservative media is strangely silent.

to account for high crimes, felonies, and misdemeanors. To wit, they enjoy all the privileges of being people but aren't burdened with the most of the responsibilities of other people.
