Russia, China and Europe are the leaders now.

And the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, has a Ph.D. in physics. That's what they elect for politicians.
And the Germans all speak perfect English. They speak better English than Americans.

America's missile launch system is a disgrace. General security and system failure virtually guarantees the Air Force is unable to launch a silo based ICBM/

I mean there are some fairly far out ideas in the movie, but at least Doc wasn't totally clueless like these two.

Maybe He wants to see if we can take care of our wonderful home and not ruin it. I think we have made Him very disappointed in us, which in the Old Testament would lead to horrible retribution. Let's hope that ultra-liberal New Testament guy can talk up some mercy for us.

who are soon to be in charge of everything. And when a Republican is "put in charge" of something, that means in charge of destroying it or changing its definition.

I'm nervous for the next two years. I keep feeling that America is going to wake up to the chicanery and the asshattery, and every election, they go farther and farther down the rabbit hole of insanity.

And what's weird is that all over the place we're voting for increases in minimum wages, funding for healthcare, legalization of pot, money for schools... while at the same electing politicians who are absolutely opposed to all of those things.

But it could likely happen.

Though the real election stealing was the simple in-your-face fuck-you gerrymandering the Republicans did after 2010. Once you've rigged the election process itself and basically guaranteed a win, no need to go through the hassle of election stealing.

Screw everyone who sat this election out, thinking it didn't matter.

If there is one (and only one) reason to vote, keeping these ignoramuses out of positions of power and influence ranks right up there at the top of the list.

So sick and disappointed at the level of apathy in this country.

It should be physically painful to be as stupid as Inhofe and Cruz is just plain lying. It's a common soundbite among climate deniers but a moment's research shows it's just not true.
