Part of me thought maybe they would let him get a slap on the wrist and call it justice, but the Dustlawyer Nov 2014 #3

We knew it was all theater when this prosecutor refused to recuse himself from the case on day one. He got what he wanted and the Grand Jury did what he wanted them to do. It had nothing to do with evidence or an investigation...it was the will of the prosecutor. It's a military police state and much care must be given to any reaction to this injustice.

other part thought they would do what they did and call it self defense. Lisa Bloom, a former prosecutor said on MSNBC that she was ashamed for our justice system and called out the DA for putting on a defense instead of doing his job. She said that if prosecutors handled their jobs like he did here we would not have a problem with overcrowded prisons. It was very clear he went out of his way to assure Darren Wilson never had to face this evidence and have a jury dispense justice.

Our country has become a sad caricature of a civil Democracy!
