This is a section from the end of the movie, "Cry Freedom". Not sure if it was before or after the credits rolled, but I remember watching it in the theater with my mouth agape.

Amazing movie and very effective ending. I've often wondered why the prison officials bothered to lie at all, since "No explanation" appears almost as much as "Suicide."
