...going to say that trying to stop fracking this way is A WASTE OF RESOURCES, TIME AND MONEY.

Localities (under our so-called nation of laws), do not, I repeat they DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REGULATE FRACKING, PER SE.

And the lawyers taking their money (should) know this. Mineral extraction is regulated by states and the feds and there is a huge body of laws, regulations and court legal precedents to prove this fact.

What localities DO HAVE AUTHORITY TO DO, IS TO SET THE MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR HEALTH -- FOR EVERYBODY IN THEIR JURISDICTION.

OTHER'S HAVE ALREADY PROVEN THAT THESE BASTARDS CAN BE STOPPED. SO WHY ARE WE REINVENTING THE WHEEL HERE? WHEN THERE IS A PROVEN WAY TO DO IT?

- Pass the word along would you please? These people can be beat using the piss-poor laws of this corrupt legal system, but you have to know which laws to use!
